Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).

Usage data: We collect domain names you submit for analysis, analysis results (visibility scores, AI platform responses, technical check results), and timestamps of analyses.

Technical data: We may collect IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited to maintain Service security and performance.

Cookies: We use session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• Process domain analysis requests by querying third-party AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity)
• Store your analysis history and make it accessible across sessions
• Send important service updates (we do not send marketing emails without explicit consent)

Elion sends domain names and brand queries to the following third-party AI providers to generate visibility data. These providers process queries under their own privacy policies:

• OpenAI — openai.com/privacy

• Google (Gemini) — policies.google.com/privacy
• Perplexity AI — perplexity.ai/privacy
• Supabase (database & auth) — supabase.com/privacy

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

We retain account data and analysis results while your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, row-level security in our database (ensuring users can only access their own data), and secure password hashing. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Data portability

Elion is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
