Elion is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to analyze how their brand or domain appears across AI-powered search platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. The Service generates visibility scores, sentiment analysis, citation tracking, and optimization recommendations.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using Elion, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@solela.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to analyze domains you do not own or have authorization to analyze
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service at scale
• Use the Service to generate spam, disinformation, or manipulative content
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems

Our IP: All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including the Elion platform, scoring algorithms, UI design, and the Solela name and logo — are owned by Solela and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your data: You retain ownership of your domain data and analysis results. By using the Service, you grant Solela a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

Elion queries third-party AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) on your behalf. We pass domain and brand information to these services to generate visibility data. You acknowledge that:

• Results are generated by third-party AI systems and may be imprecise or incomplete
• AI responses may vary over time as underlying models are updated
• Solela is not responsible for the content of AI-generated responses

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLELA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated visibility data will be accurate or complete.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOLELA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT WILL SOLELA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SOLELA IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) €100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solela and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice with at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the country in which Solela is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
